AZ Law Firm was pleased to support AKHKI (Association of Intellectual Property Consultants in Indonesia) at the Forum Bisnis Paten Indonesia 2026, held on 3–5 November 2026 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our Intellectual Property and Technology Partner, Yovianko Siregar, attended the event to engage with various stakeholders, including local companies interested in protecting their innovations through patent registration, and to gain insights into the regulatory framework surrounding IP-based financing and the challenges associated with its implementation. It is encouraging to see local companies, both SMEs and larger corporations, paying greater attention to patents and recognising the importance of protecting and leveraging their innovations through intellectual property as a means of supporting and securing business financing.
