He has advised clients across various industries, including financial services, technology, life sciences, consumer goods, cosmetics, and manufacturing.

He advises companies on the drafting and registration of intellectual property licence agreements, the development of internal intellectual property policies, and the conduct of limited due diligence on intellectual property assets.

He has represented Chinese, European, South Korean, US, and Indonesian companies in trademark, patent, copyright, utility models, trade secret, and domain name disputes, including proceedings before courts and negotiations.

He is also the first intellectual property lawyer in Indonesia to author an amicus curiae brief before the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia in a constitutional challenge to the Trademark Law. In addition to his IP and technology practice, he has a particular interest in Anti-Trust and Competition Law.
