Frederick Angwyn, S.H.

Frederick is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at AZ Law Firm, where his practice focuses on corporate litigation, cross-border family and inheritance matters, and bankruptcy, insolvency, and debt restructuring.

Frederick has practised law since 2013 and has extensive experience representing both domestic and international clients in complex, high-stakes disputes. Prior to joining AZ Law Firm as a Partner, he worked at a law firm affiliated with an international law firm, where he built substantial experience advising and working closely with international clients on matters governed by Indonesian law.

Frederick represents clients before all levels of the Indonesian judiciary, including the District Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court. He regularly prepares legal pleadings and legal opinions, and develops strategic approaches for complex corporate and commercial disputes.

His practice also encompasses corporate restructuring and insolvency. Frederick has acted as counsel in significant corporate recovery proceedings, advising and representing both creditors and debtors, and has served as Administrator and Receiver in debt restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

Frederick is a licensed Advocate, and a licensed Receiver and Administrator for bankruptcy and PKPU proceedings. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Universitas Indonesia (2013).
